Why Aren’t My Household Changes Being Reflected in My Plan?
If you've updated household details like income, family members, or other key information but don’t see these changes reflected in your plan, there's a simple reason: household updates do not automatically apply to saved plans or plans in progress.

How to Ensure Your Household Updates Are Reflected
To make sure your updated household information appears in your plan, follow these steps:
Update your household details and click Save Changes.
Once saved, go to the Clients tab and start a new plan, re-entering the updated details.
Why Do I Need to Start a New Plan?
Currently, any changes made to the household require creating a new plan for those updates to take effect. Existing saved plans and in-progress plans will not reflect household updates automatically.
